Returning Goods to Adventure Centre Ltd
In the rare event of goods being faulty, you will be entitled to a full refund or exchange (your choice), as soon as we receive them back from you. You should return the faulty item to us by the cheapest "signed for" delivery service. We will refund the cost of this to you.

You have the right to cancel your order at any time. You must do so in writing by e-mail or fax.
If your order has already been despatched to you, you may reject the goods even if they are not faulty, by sending us notification by e-mail or fax within 15 working days of receiving the goods.
If you do this, you will then have two options: - either, return the goods to us immediately; or make them available for us to collect DURING WORKING HOURS. You must tell us, in writing, which of these two options you wish to choose. If you want us to collect, then please also telephone to make mutually convenient arrangements.
In the meantime you must look after the goods and keep them safe, including the original packing in which they should be returned, UNUSED.
If goods which are rejected are not faulty, the cost of returning them to us is borne by the customer. This also applies if we have to collect them, in which case we will deduct our costs from your refund.
If you decide to arrange the return then please send us your proof of postage by letter, together with your original order acknowledgement. This will enable us to trace them if they are delayed or lost in transit. Please keep a copy of these documents.
We will re-credit your payment card as soon as the goods are received back by us.
The above regulations apply to genuine purchasers/orders only. They are intended to give customers the chance to change their minds about purchasing and using goods which they have not seen before ordering. It is not intended to give customers the opportunity to try out goods.
Once an item is used it cannot be rejected, unless it is faulty.
PayPal - Return Shipping on Us
Customers who pay for their goods using their PayPal account can claim back from PayPal the cost of returning non-faulty goods to us. To benefit from this offer you must activate the service on your PayPal account. PayPal will cover up to £15 of return shipping costs for up to 12 eligible PayPal purchases worldwide until 31 December 2017. Please see PayPal's terms and conditions. Please note that this offer is made by PayPal only. Adventure Centre Ltd are not liable for any claims made regarding this offer.
All goods are supplied with manufacturer guarantees against various defects, such a warranty will in general last one year. Adventure Centre Ltd honours such guarantees and should you need to claim against a warranty we will do our best to help you. You will only deal with ourselves and not the manufacturing company.
Some materials and items (such as GoreTex) offer "life time" and/or "customer satisfaction" guarantees, these are known as extended warranties. Where a "life time" warranty is offered this refers to the expected useful working life of the item and not of the purchaser. Such extended warranties do not cover wear & tear or accidental damage.
